A funeral mass is underway for a 14-year-old boy who died while swimming with friends in Passage West last Thursday.
Jack O'Sullivan from Deerpark will be laid to rest in St.Catherine's Cemetery in Kilcully this afternoon after mass at The Church of the Immaculate Conception in the Lough.
Jack was a student of Coláiste Éamann Rís and has been described by the school principal as a 'charming, charismatic young man with a beaming smile'
A post on RIP.IE says Jack will be sadly missed by his loving parents, brother, sisters, grandparents, uncles, aunts, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
