100 new jobs have been announced in the city.
Douglas based employee communications platform Workvivo was founded three years ago and is used by firms such as Bus Éireann, Morgan McKinley and UCC.
The company which secured almost €15 million investment from U.S. firms Tiger Global and Frontline Ventures in May, says most of the new sales, marketing and engineering roles will come on stream immediately.
