Ian Bailey's former partner is set to take Netflix to court, over its Sophie Toscan du Plantier documentary series.
Jules Thomas lodged papers in the High Court, and intends on suing the streaming service, production company and the director of 'Sophie - A Murder in West Cork.
According to The Irish Independent Ms Thomas is unhappy with how she was depicted in the series, and feels she was defamed.
Jules Thomas spent over three decades with Ian Bailey - who's name has been long associated with the investigation into Sophie Toscan du Plantier's death.
The couple parted ways in 2021.
