A near year long boil water notice in North Cork has been lifted.
The Irish Examiner report that the notice was introduced on the Killavullen public water supply scheme on May 22.
This was due to high levels of Turbidity in the borehole supply.
The notice was lifted on Monday following consultation between Uisce Eireann and Cork County Council.
One long term boil water notice remains in Cork, on the Whitegate Regional Supply - that was introduced in October due to turbidity in the raw water source.
