Students at Kinsale Community School will now have a platform to discuss issues and topics that matter most to them.
The school opened its radio and podcast Studio ‘Voice of KCS’.
The specialised Digital Media Hub, is the first purpose-built studio of its kind and was opened by Dr Domnall Fleming of UCC, Head Boy Louis Allman and Deputy Head Girl Caoimhe McGuinness.
Using the studio students will not only be trained and involved in radio and podcast production, but it also aims to enhance the student voice amongst the school community.
