Kinsale is the third most expensive Eircode in the country - outside of Dublin - after Bray and Greystones.
The CSO's latest Residential Property Price Index shows that nationally, prices increased 14 percent in the year to June, with a median price of 290-thousand euro.
Kinsale's mean house price was €493,457.
Only three towns in Cork had average house prices under €200,000: Bantry, Charleville and Mallow.
Latest figures also show prices have increased by 123 percent since a low-point in 2013.
