Upcycling Expert and author of Furniture Crush, Joanne Cordon, will be hosting a one-day furniture upcycling masterclass at Cork County Cricket Club on the Mardyke.
Upcycling is the process of transforming waste, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products.
If you spent half as much as we did on Tik Tok over the various lockdowns then you will know it is all the rage for a variety of reasons.
Not only fun but economically and environmentally beneficial – it really is a skill worth investing in.
The workshop will take place on Sunday the 24th of October, from 10am until 5pm.
Tickets cost €167, however everything is supplied, the only thing you’ll need to bring along with you is your lunch.
Each person will get given a small piece of furniture to work on, along with a booklet containing all of the tips and tricks you learnt across the day.
Covid-19 safety guidelines will be in place so you will be asked to sanitise your hands, wear a mask and sanitise your equipment between each use.
