That's a local resident in Ringaskiddy who says they have a new battle against incineration on their hands after a pharmaceutical company in the area applied for permission to use their on-site incinerators to burn materials for other industrial facilities.

It comes as a campaign group opposed to plans for an incinerator in the area await the outcome of a judicial review of the decision to grant planning permission for a €160 million incinerator in the area.
