A major outage has left Uisce Éireann customers in Blarney and the surrounding areas without water since this morning.
The unplanned outage was caused by a burst - downstream of the Curraleigh Reservoir.
The utility says crews from Uisce Éireann and Cork County Council are working to restore water as quickly as possible.
Works are expected to completed by 10 o'clock tonight - and it typically takes two to three hours after this for normal supplies to return to all customers.
The greater Ballincollig area could also be impacted by reduced water pressure or water outages until works are completed.
