Martin Condon of 18 Kinvara Close, Ballyvolane appeared at Court District Court today.
He's accused of being in possession of €820 worth of cannabis plants at the Garda Station on Valentine's Day the 14th of February last.
Martin Condon told the court he is representing himself.
Judge Olann Kelleher advised him the offences carry a potential jail sentence, to which Condon replied that he understood.
The case is due for mention again on the 22nd of November.
