A man has been charged in connection with the death of a mother of two in Mallow.
31-year-old Paula Canty was found dead at her home on Bridewell Lane on January 3rd.
A 42 year old man was arrested by Gardaí earlier this week.
He's now due before Midleton District Court at 11 o'clock this morning.
"A man, aged in his 40s, who was arrested in relation to this investigation has been charged.
He is expected to appear before Midleton District Court at 11am this morning, Thursday 9th January 2025.
Investigations are ongoing."
