A man is still being questioned about the death of an American national at a luxury hotel in Co. Laois.
The man who was aged in his 60's was found dead at the five star Ballyfin Demesne on Tuesday night.
Its understood he'd suffered a sustained assault.
A man in his 30's who was known to the victim was arrested by Gardaí.
He has to be either charged or released from Garda custody later today.
