A man in his 20s was arrested after a barman was apparently stabbed in the city yesterday.
Gardaí and the national ambulance service were called to a pub on Paul Street at around 6:25pm
The injured man, who is also in his 20s, is being treated at Cork University Hospital for non- life threatening injuries.
Gardaí arrested a man at the scene and brought him to the Bridewell Garda Station for questioning.
