A man charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Fermoy is due to reappear in court later today.
Kamil Szymczak, with an address in Fermoy, appeared before Mallow District Court last Wednesday.
The 34-year-old, who's originally from Poland, was refused bail and remanded in custody.
He's due before the same court via videolink today for the DPP's directions.
