Taoiseach Micheál Martin, meanwhile, has again said further cost of living measures won't come until the budget:
"The winter is going to be difficult and challenging, and the objective will be to get our people through the winter period and beyond in terms of cost of living. That isn't just about energy costs, it's about costs that affect families and children in particular, but it also relates to issues pertaining to pay."
