Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash between Youghal and Killeagh.
It's believed a number of people have been injured after the collision between 3 trucks and one car which happened on the N25 just before 7 o'clock this morning.
The road has been closed off and diversions are in place while Gardaí investigate the scene.
Gardaí are advising motorists to avoid the area completely.
In a statement to RedFM News, Gardaí said:
"Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of a four vehicle road traffic collision involving three trucks and one car, that occurred on the N25 at Ballyhobert, Youghal, Co. Cork, this morning, Tuesday 25th March 2025, at approximately 6.55am.
The road is currently closed with local diversions in place.
No further information is available at this time.
Investigations are ongoing."
