New Figures Show Rents Are Beginning To Stabilise In The City

The report by the Residential Tenancy Board says a 1.4% increase Leeside is the lowest since 2015.

The figures coincide with the announcement of four new Rent Pressure Zones including the Cobh local electoral area, bringing to 25 the total number of areas where rent cannot be raised by more than 4% per year.

The average national rent now stands at €1,243 per month- up 8.2% this year.
