A new rage room in the city centre is proving a hit.
At Smash Club, you can use a baseball bat to shatter objects to smithereens, while wearing protective gear.
There’s even a viewing room, so family and friends can watch.
John Lundy, who owns American Axe Throwing on French Church Street told RedFM News it's a safe way to release your anger:
"I think there are a lot of people in Cork who have a lot of unexpressed emotions and rage and frustrations that they need to exhibit or to get out of their system. And this gives them a nice safe environment to do it in".
