A new restaurant is set to open in Brown Thomas this weekend.
'Brown's Brasserie' will be run by Laura Sureda and Richard Gavin, who already own The SpitJack on Washington Street.
The city's newest dining experience will offer brunch, lunch and dinner which will all be made using local produce.
A variety of cocktails, wines, kombucha, fresh juices and Roast 34 coffees will also be on the menu.
Opening this Saturday, Brown’s Brasserie’s Breakfast and Brunch menu will be available Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm, Saturday from 9am to 1pm, and Sunday from 11am to 1pm. The daytime menu will be available Monday to Friday from 12pm to close, and Saturday and Sunday from 1.15pm to close.
