A new survey has revealed that Mallow is in the top 10 best places to work from home in Ireland.
The survey by Switcher.ie is based on data like broadband speed, house prices, crime rates, green spaces, cafes, GPs and top schools.
Castlebar coined the top spot as the best place to work from home in Ireland as not only does the county boast lower house prices, it offers a mix of great leisure amenities, speedy broadband, 5G mobile coverage and plenty of green spaces.
Mallow made it into the Top 10 as the average house price in the area stands at €210,600 and the North Cork town has good fibre coverage and a good mix of coffee shops.
Cobh and Carrigaline were also named in the top 5 safest places to work from home.
