The Echo reports two women, who weren't wearing facemasks, handed out leaflets as parents were picking up their children in Ballincollig.
The paper said the leaflets argued that the nasal flu vaccine posed a threat to people and that manufacturers had no idea of the long term effects on children.
The HSE says the vaccine is the best way to protect against the flu and that the vaccines have been given to millions of people over the past 60 years including pregnant women.
