Pilot's union IALPA has received the clarification it sought from the Labour Court on its recommendation in the Aer Lingus dispute.
Its' executive will meet later to discuss the recommendation in full and the implications of the clarifications.
The union has yet to decide whether they will recommend members back or reject the proposals.
The Labour Court had recommended a 17 point 75 per cent pay increase for pilots over a four year period.
Aer Lingus has accepted the recommendation.
Meanwhile, a work to rule by pilots is continuing.
