Planning permission has been lodged for 716 news homes in East Cork.
The Echo report that BAM Property Limited has sought permission to build the units at Castlelake, Terrysisland in Carrigtwohill.
The development would comprise of 224 houses, 284 duplex units, and 206 apartments in seven blocks, ranging from one to five storeys in height.
