The Irish Examiner reports that Cumnor Construction have lodged a Strategic Housing Development application for 242 houses and 94 duplex units at Coolcarron, which is close to Corrin Hill.
The plans include a creche and four areas suitable for a number of businesses.
It’s also proposed that 33 of the units will be transferred to Cork County Council.
