The policing of queues or people congregating outside clubs and late night venues has been raised by industry leaders.
The Vintners Federation of Ireland was responding after the Government unveiled new regulations which now require patrons to book a ticket an hour in advance and no congregating or queuing outside will be allowed
Representatives from the sector requested a two-week grace period in order to implement the ticketing systems however it appears the Government is going to push ahead with passing the new regulations this week
Michael O'Donovan from the Vintners Federation of Ireland and owner of the Castle Inn in the city says trying to get a ticketing system in place by the weekend is not practical and he told RedFM News that the non-queuing element of these new guidelines will also be problematic
