Rebel Óg says its been made aware of an incident at a minor game on Wednesday night.
An altercation broke out during a hurling match between Na Piarsiagh and Ballinhassig.
It's reported that the incident led the referee to abandon the game.
In a statement to RedFM News, Rebel Óg says the matter will be dealt with under the disciplinary process of the association and its immediate concern is the welfare of the individual involved.
