A record number of participants are expected to take part in tomorrow's Cork City Marathon.
More than 12,500 runners from 37 countries have registered for the full marathon, half marathon and the new 10k race.
All runners are required to collect their race packs in the Concert Hall at City Hall by 6 o'clock this evening.
The three races finish on St Patrick’s Street.
Speaking to RedFM News, Cork City Marathon Race Director, Eamon Hayes says this one looks like being the biggest yet:
"Yeah, it is looking like it's going to be a record week really in all three events. So we're hoping that more than 10,000 people will take part in the race on the day, so it's fantastic".
