Pat's son Rob says his visit meant the world to his Dad
"When I looked at him and face to face, I was in awe. I was just thinking to myself, I cannot believe a man I've been trying to contact for months is right in front of me and about to make my Dad's dream come true. Just to shake his hand come face to face, it was just something I would never, ever would have dreamt of. And my Dad - he cried twice. My Dad looked at him, he was staring at him, and he just couldn't believe his friend was next to him"
