A report into the incineration of the organs of 18 perinatal babies will not be given to their families this week - despite having been expected.
The babies' organs were sent from Cork University Maternity Hospital to Antwerp for incineration in March and April 2020 - but their families were not informed.
The report was first due last Autumn but was delayed.
Recently, the babies' families had been expecting a draft report by mid to late September.
Yesterday, they received correspondence that the report was delayed yet again.
