Knocknaheeny residents will hold a protest tomorrow to call for traffic calming measures in the area.
The Echo reports that tomorrow's protest will be held on Kilmore Road following a similar protest on Harbour View Road, with a third protest planned for Courtown Drive.
The Impact Our Community Matters Group which is organising the protest is calling for a meeting with City Hall officials following a number of traffic incidents in the area, the latest of which saw a 6 year old boy taken to hospital on Tuesday after being knocked down on Harbour View Road.
The boy's injuries were not believed to be serious, while the driver of the car was uninjured.
