The demonstration gets underway in Bells Field at half past 6 by people who have had brown dirty water coming from their taps for close to 2 years.
There are calls for Uisce Eireann to provide vouchers and water tankers but the water supplier says it's not funded to supply alternatives while flushing works take place to fix water discolouration issues.
Taoiseach Simon Harris said he was taking a personal interest in the issue of water discolouration 3 weeks ago.
Speaking to RedFM News, John Mulcahy says no one's taking any responsibility for residents with dirty water:
"This is the third Taoiseach. This is probably the 17th or 18th different politician to say they're taking it onboard and are looking for a resolutions and solutions. but there's nobody answering the questions. There's nobody willing to offer money, there's nobody willing to offer alternative water supplies that there's nobody taking any responsibility for it."
