A number of Ryanair flights to and from Cork Airport have been cancelled due to todays 24 hour work stoppage by French Air Traffic controllers.
The all-out action in France is disrupting 80,000 Ryanair passengers as the airline has been forced to cancel 420 flights today, mainly flying through French airspace.
Three flights from Cork have already been cancelled the 8:40am flight to Malaga, and a flights to Carcassonne this afternoon at 2:40pm. and to Reus Salou at 4.40pm.
The Carcassonne flight that was due to arrive into Cork this evening at 7.15pm and the flight from Reus Salou scheduled to arrive in Cork at quarter to 10 have both also been cancelled.
