The sale of Douglas Village Shopping Centre has been completed for €2 million above the asking price.
Tom Coughlan's property investment firm 'Urban Green Private' bought the 23,000 square metre shopping centre for more than €23 million euro.
Estate Agents Cushman & Wakefield say it yields 2.4 million euro in annual rental income.
Urban Green Private also owns the Marina Market on Monahan Road in Cork, shopping centres in counties Limerick and Wicklow, and apartment blocks in Portugal.
Significant parts of the centre were destroyed in a major fire in August 2019, which was restored at a cost of around €30 million.
