The iconic Shakey Bridge is on track to reopen by the end of next month.
City Hall are waiting on the exact date from the contractor, however they expect Cork's only suspension bridge will be open for the third or fourth week of July.
The bridge is due to reopen during phase four of the government roadmap, and while City Hall doesn't expect to have to implement a one-way system to facilitate social distancing, they say they will monitor public health guidance as the planned reopening draws closer.
