It's in a bid to build up a data base of available talent in the West Cork area.
The facility which is on course to create 500 jobs over the next five years in West Cork has been hailed as a major success story by the European Commission after revitalising the town by bringing 1GB of connectivity and creating hundreds of direct and indirect jobs.
It's hoped the move will boost the talent base in West Cork making it an attractive location for companies to locate.
