Special Report: Macroom bypass 'transforms' town and leads to increased interest from homebuyers

Locals and traders in Macroom say the newly opened section of a €300 million bypass has transformed the town and has led to a boom in interest from potential house buyers.

The 8-kilometre section from Coolcower to Carrigaphooca was officially opened just over a month ago.
