The new positions in sales, recruitment, finance, IT, HR, legal and marketing will be created at the groups European headquarters on Penrose Quay.
These latest jobs follow the creation of 30 positions at the Cork office since last year.
Oxford say they are on track to hit $700 million in global revenue this year and expect to hit $1 billion over the next three years.
The company set up its Cork office in 1994 with four employees and have since grown to 150 permanent employees.
