Met Éireann say Storm Eunice will bring severe and potentially damaging winds with gusts of up to 130km/h.
The forecaster says disruption is expected with the possibility of coastal flooding.
The warning is valid from 5am Friday until 11am Friday.
Counties Clare, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, Wexford and Galway are also under an Orange Warning for the same time
