A suspected leading member of the Kinahan organised crime group has been extradited to the UK from Spain.
42 year old Liam Byrne, who is originally from Crumlin in Dublin, is charged with firearms offences.
He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London yesterday and was remanded into custody to appear again next month.
His brother David Byrne was shot dead in the Regency Hotel in February 2016.
