Tabor Lodge's ability to continue to operate is under threat
€2 million needs to be invested in upgrade works at the residential addiction treatment centre in Belgooly
The building has been in use for the last 35 years and the Tabor Group say it needs to be modernised to continue serving as a 21st century addiction treatment centre
Tabor's Colette Kelleher told RedFM News that their facilities need to be fit for purpose
"It dates back to 1790. The roof urgently needs repair the wastewater systems, and the driveway need repair, and we also need to bring the rooms up to modern healthcare standards so that we have single occupancy and we have en suites"
