It's just over a week until employees begin a phased return to offices on September 20th.
A survey published at the start of the week found that while 41% of people feel safe from Covid transmission, many are uneasy returning to the office and indoor settings.
Speaking to RedFM News, Taoiseach Micheál Martin says employers have to strike the right balance:
"Some people will be only too delighted to get back to the office and to get back to normality, others will find it a bit more difficult and we have to respect that. That is why we've called for a gradual return to the offices into the workplace, and the feedback we're getting from business and from industry more generally, is that's what actually would happen, there won't be a rush on day one, it won't be everybody coming back on day one."
