A teenage girl has been taken to hospital as a precaution after she was hit by a van in Bandon this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the N71 Bandon Bypass by the Distillery Road Junction just before 8:30am.
The road was closed for a time but has since reopened.
The girl has been taken to CUH as a precaution, the driver of the van was not injured in the collision.
