No 63 and No 64 safe for works to continue.
A temporary road closure will be in place at North Main Street from 6:30pm this evening until tomorrow morning in order to make No. 63 and No. 64 safe for works to continue.
The City Council commenced the works to internalise the support structures that are in place on no. 63 North Main Street on the 23rd of July
Following a site survey and some initial works, additional structural issues were identified.
These works will require the installation of additional temporary external support structures on the footpath outside No. 64 in order to make the site safe work works to continue.
The street will re-open fully to vehicular traffic tomorrow morning
