Tenants at Fort Street in the City say they have been forgotten about and say their homes are in as bad a shape as those on Noonan's Road and St Finbarr's Road.
The Echo report that social housing tenants on the street, which is next to St Finbarre's Cathedral and Elizabeth fort, say their homes are suffering from damp and mould, with leaking roofs and rodent infestations.
The flats are the same design as those on Noonan's Road and St Finbarr's Road and date back to the 1960s,
Cork City council say that the homes on Fort street are included in the ongoing assessment work being undertaken.
