The Number Of People Living In Emergency Accommodation Could Reach Record Highs In 2020

That's according to a Cork homeless charity

Cork Simon Community made the comments on the back of the latest homeless figures which show that 10,397 people were staying in emergency accommodation in October, including 435 people in Cork.

The Residential Tenancies Board say the price of rent in the city is beginning to stabilise, however there are fears it may not be enough for some renters who are paying record high rents.
