The Cork CoAction Parents Alliance will march from the town square to CoAction's centre on Slip Road at 2:30pm.
CoAction say they need to convert the children's centre into a residential unit for adults.
Around 180 children use the centre, with parents voicing concern that moving them from a purpose built facility to the adult training centre will lead to less services for the children.
Conor Cronin's 10 year old son attends the centre in Bantry.
He told RedFM News that parents are very concerned by the move:
RedFM News has contacted CoAction for a statement.
