Taking place over the October bank holiday weekend (27th-30th) organisers say this years festival will feature pop up events, street activities and boat trips.
Irish artists Denise Chaila and Lyra will take to the stage, while New Power Generation will return to Cork after 32 years to celebrate their mentor Prince.
Brazilian Hermeto Pascoal, who was described by Miles Davis as " one of the most important musicians on the planet" will also also return to Ireland for the first time in 20 years.
The festival is a major boost for the city and surrounds, with over 40,000 people contributing over €30 million to the local economy.
