On Monday, the first ever virtual 'Great Cork Bake Off' will get underway
Amateur bakers from the City and County are being asked to submit their creations online from Monday 15th June until Monday 20th July to be in with a chance of an overnight stay at the Cork International Hotel.
The Echo reports this year's theme is 'What I Missed During Lockdown'.
The competition is not open to professionals, but any budding bakers are asked to photograph their entry and send it to [email protected] from next week.
