Evelyn O'Sullivan from Visit Cork told RedFM News that there will be a more consistent approach to marketing the region's unique experiences and offering as well as increasing their annual marketing spend to €1 million to promote Cork to leisure and business tourists:
"We're going to showcase how unified we are and becoming even more unified as a group in Cork. I suppose both between our partners and of which is as I said, Failte Ireland's, Cork city and county council, Cork chamber, Cork airport and all of the hotel Federation's are the whole of the hotels in the cork and branch of the hotel Federation. Like we're hugely unified group. And now more than ever, that's hugely important."
