Thousands of jobs are on offer in the city and county ahead of the full reopening of the hospitality sector.
Restaurants, bars and hotels have been hiring staff for the past few weeks, with a view of being fully restaffed by the 5th July for the resumption of indoor service at bars and restaurants.
Speaking to RedFM News, Claire Nash from Nash 19 on Princes Street says the full reopening will be warmly welcomes by businesses and customers alike.
"We have thousands of jobs to offer int he city and in the region, in hospitality and tourism, and quite a lot of those will be taken up in the next few weeks.
"Once July comes we will be opening doors, and that will be a lovely time. We'll have almost full occupancy, now obviously there'll still be a metre for social distancing.
"We're nervous about it [reopening], but we're very much looking forward to it because going on the way we were going on would stand you still eventually."
